Provided remote and onsite troubleshooting and systems administration for approximately 100 clients in small to mid-sized businesses. Took part in on-call rotation, acting as an after-hours escalation point for remote and on-site tickets. Trained new engineers on Corporate Technologies and client environments, and served as an escalation point for both help desk and engineers. Responsible for physical and physical-to-virtual server upgrade projects, as well as on-premises to Office 365 Exchange migrations. Dispatched tickets to engineers for on-site and remote work when needed.
